Over the last 10 years, Denise has acquired Personal Trainer, Group Fitness instructor, yoga Instructor certifications along with numerous specialty certifications such as Kickboxing, TRX Suspension training, and Pilates. With her positive attitude and persistent drive to achieve success, Denise focuses on designing personalized workouts specific to her clients’ needs. She has a broad background in working with clients of various ages, fitness levels, and personal goals. Denise believes that strength training is the ultimate type of training for a person to universally improve their health. She incorporates techniques such as circuit training, plyometrics, improving flexibility and joint stability, along with proper nutrition needed for achieving long & short-term fitness goals. Denise believes in aligning the mind, body, & spirit which is proven through her workouts & the results her clients have achieved.
