Hi, I’m Terri Besecker and I love group fitness! More specifically, I love teaching group fitness. I’ve been teaching for over 25 years and I still get excited to show people what they can do. I’ve earned many different certifications over the years and each one brings a different element to how and what I teach.
My goal for each class is to increase the heart rate of my participants so they break a sweat, teach them something new, and show them how strong they actually are! I also want them to have fun while they’re doing it and to be glad they came to class.
When I’m not teaching a class I’m either at home in Dallas, working at St. Therese’s in Shavertown, traveling or planning a get together with my family.
